Christopher Tilley, the founder, CEO, and President of CriticalTilt, brings to the helm more than 25 years of experience in software development, project management, data engineering, information technology, and cybersecurity. With 15 years dedicated to the aid of US federal agencies involved in national security, Christopher has honed a deep understanding of the government sector. His illustrious career also includes a decade-long tenure in the private sector, where he focused on constructing secure, high-volume e-commerce systems. This combination of experiences equipped Christopher with a profound grasp of industry intricacies, bolstering his ability to navigate the ever-changing world of cybersecurity and technology.
Throughout his career, Christopher has consistently demonstrated a knack for building and nurturing highly effective teams. His emphasis on creating supportive work environments, which prioritize his teams’ education and growth, has fostered exceptional cohesion and notably high employee retention rates.
Christopher has a beautiful and supportive family: his wife, Jessica, and daughter Ana. He enjoys traveling, golfing, cooking (especially when it involves smoking large batches of meat), and photography.

Jeffrey Neely
Jeffrey Neely, Director of Operations at CriticalTilt, brings more than 35 years of experience in IT infrastructure operations, cybersecurity, and program management. His distinguished career includes pivotal roles across various US Departments, including Defense, Energy, and Agriculture. A decorated veteran, Jeff devoted over two decades to the United States Air Force, where his service was marked by exceptional performance and numerous accolades.
Jeff has consistently demonstrated a keen ability to manage complex IT programs and operations. He has successfully led teams in executing program management duties, developing strategic solutions, and fostering relationships. His blend of military discipline, technical expertise, and leadership acumen position him to steer CriticalTilt toward operational excellence.
Jeff holds a Master of Science in Information Security and Assurance, a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, and an A.A.S. in Electronics Engineering Technology.
Jeff and his wife Dawn are surrounded in blessings as the parents of six wonderful children and ten grandchildren. Jeff enjoys camping, hiking, cooking, and motorcycling.
